INFORMATIVA SULLA PRIVACY
Ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 13 del Regolamento Europeo n. 2016/679 (di seguito il Regolamento), Le forniamo le seguenti informazioni relative al trattamento dei dati personali che Lei ci conferisce per l’invio di newsletter della Società.

3. Dato personale– Per dato personale si intende qualsiasi informazione che La riguarda ed è a Lei riferibile. Nello specifico il trattamento riguarderà i seguenti dati: nome, cognome, indirizzo di posta elettronica.
4. Finalità del trattamento – I Suoi Dati verranno trattati per l’invio di newsletter contenente articoli, news, informazioni inerenti le attività e le iniziative della nostra Società.
5. Base giuridica del trattamento – Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati per la finalità indicata al precedente punto 4) trova base giuridica nel consenso da Lei espresso.
6. Modalità del trattamento – Nell’ambito delle finalità indicate al precedente punto 4), il trattamento dei Suoi Dati avverrà mediante strumenti elettronici, nel rispetto delle disposizioni normative in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, adottando le misure di sicurezza adeguate. Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati sarà gestito da personale appositamente formato e istruito, proprio per garantirne l’adeguata sicurezza e riservatezza, nonché per evitare rischi di perdita e/o distruzione e accessi da parte di soggetti non autorizzati.
7. Comunicazione e diffusione dei dati – I Suoi Dati non verranno comunicati a terzi. In caso di necessità, per attività legate alla gestione e manutenzione dei sistemi informatici, i Dati possono essere trattati da altro soggetto / ente a ciò addetto, specificamente autorizzato al trattamento o nominato Responsabile del Trattamento esterno.
8. Periodo di conservazione dei Dati – I Suoi Dati saranno conservati per il periodo di 10 (dieci) anni dalla data di raccolta degli stessi, fermo restando in ogni caso la possibilità di revoca del consenso come da successivo punto 9).
9. Diritti dell’interessato – Con riferimento ai Suoi Dati, Lei ha il diritto di chiedere alla Società con le modalità indicate dal Regolamento: l’accesso, nei casi previsti (art.15); la rettifica dei Dati inesatti e l’integrazione di quelli incompleti (art. 16); la cancellazione dei Dati per i motivi previsti (art. 17), come ad esempio quando non siano più necessari rispetto alle finalità sopra indicate o non siano trattati nel rispetto del Regolamento; la limitazione di trattamento per le ipotesi previste (art. 18), come nel caso si contesti l’esattezza dei Dati e occorra verificarne la correttezza; la portabilità, vale a dire il diritto di ricevere, nei casi previsti (art. 20), in un formato strutturato di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i Dati e di trasmettere detti Dati ad un altro titolare del trattamento; l’opposizione al trattamento, nei casi previsti (art. 21). In relazione alla finalità di cui al precedente punto 4), Lei ha altresì il diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento prestato prima della revoca. Tutti i diritti sopra elencati potranno da Lei essere esercitati rivolgendosi a Associazione Culturale Incontri in Terra di Siena all’indirizzo di posta elettronica info@itslafoce.org. Inoltre, per non ricevere più la newsletter Lei potrà inserire il Suo indirizzo e-mail nel form presente sul sito internet della Associazione Culturale Incontri in Terra di Siena e cliccare sul pulsante “Cancella iscrizione” / “Disiscriviti” (oppure) cliccare sul pulsante “Cancella iscrizione” / “Disiscriviti” in calce ad ogni newsletter.
10. Reclamo – Nel caso ritenga che il trattamento dei Suoi Dati violi le disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento, Lei ha il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali secondo quanto previsto dall’art. 77 del Regolamento stesso.
11. Natura del conferimento dei Dati– Il conferimento dei Suoi Dati è requisito necessario per consentire l’invio di newsletter periodica della Società avente contenuto informativo, promozionale e/o pubblicitario in relazione ai prodotti e servizi offerti. Il mancato conferimento anche parziale dei Suoi Dati comporta l’oggettiva impossibilità di procedere all’invio.
12. Trasferimento dei Dati all’estero – I Suoi Dati sono conservati presso la sede della Società e su server ubicati nell’Unione Europea. La Società utilizza anche servizi cloud forniti da società di paesi terzi riconosciuti adeguati in termini di sicurezza dalla Commissione ai sensi dell’art. 45.3 del Regolamento. (se i destinatari non rientrano tra quelli riconosciuti dalla Commissione dovranno essere indicate le garanzie adeguate fornite dal destinatario, come previsto dall’art. 46 del Regolamento).

5. Legal basis of the processing – The processing of your data for the purposes indicated in the previous point 4) is based on the consent expressed by you.
6. Methods of processing – For the purposes indicated in the previous point 4), the processing of your data will be done by electronic means, in compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, by adopting appropriate security measures. The processing of your data will be handled by specially trained and trained personnel, just to guarantee the proper security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and / or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.
7. Communication and dissemination of data – Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. In case of need, for activities related to the management and maintenance of computer systems, the Data may be processed by another subject / entity to that assigned, specifically authorized to the treatment or appointed as the Head of External Processing.
8. Data retention period – Your data will be kept for the period of 10 (ten) years from the date of collection of the same, without prejudice in any case to the possibility of revocation of consent as per following point 9).
9. Rights of the interested party – With reference to your data, you have the right to ask the Company in the manner indicated in the Regulations: access, in the cases provided for (art.15); the correction of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete data (Article 16); the deletion of the Data for the reasons provided (Article 17), such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not treated in compliance with the Regulations; the limitation of treatment for the hypotheses envisaged (Article 18), as in the case where the accuracy of the Data is contested and it is necessary to verify its correctness; the portability, that is to say the right to receive, in the foreseen cases (Article 20), in a structured format of common use and automatically readable by the Data and to transmit said Data to another data controller; opposition to treatment, in the cases provided for (Article 21). In relation to the purpose referred to in paragraph 4) above, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment provided before the revocation. Nature attribution data – The conferment of your data is a necessary requirement to allow the sending of periodic newsletter of the Company having informative, promotional and / or advertising content in relation to the products and services offered. Failure to provide even partial of your data implies the objective impossibility of sending.
12. Transfer of data abroad – Your data is stored at the Company’s headquarters and on servers located in the European Union. The Company also uses cloud services provided by third-country companies recognized as adequate in terms of security by the Commission pursuant to art. 45.3 of the Rules. (if the recipients are not among those recognized by the Commission, adequate guarantees provided by the recipient must be indicated, as required by Article 46 of the Regulations).
